4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

AMG Financial Services is not an insurance carrier and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, or policies of any insurance carrier.

Specifically:

  • Coverage, benefits, premiums, eligibility, and policy terms are determined solely by the issuing carrier

  • We do not control carrier underwriting decisions

AMG Financial Services is not liable for:

  • Policy approvals or denials

  • Changes in premiums or benefits

  • Policy cancellations or lapses

  • Claim approvals or denials

  • Carrier errors, delays, or system outages

Any dispute regarding an issued policy must be addressed directly with the issuing insurance carrier.

14. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

15. Limitation on Time to Bring Claims

Any claim must be brought within three (3) months of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.
